Ph.D. Candidate Mark Lewis Receives ACS Division of Biological Chemistry Travel Award

Mark Lewis, B.S., Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology, a Ph.D. candidate working with Prof. Eric Long, has been granted a Travel Award from the Division of Biological Chemistry of the American Chemical Society to assist in his attendance at the upcoming 232nd ACS Fall Meeting in San Francisco. This award is among only 25 such awards given nationally and will permit Mark to present his recent research results, obtained in collaboration with Dr. Kristie Goodwin and Prof. Millie Georgiadis, on the development of a high-throughput, high-resolution strategy for the rapid structural elucidation of site-selective DNA binding ligands.
